All-in-one head can enhance the rigidity of structure, effectively prevent the influence of resonance and heat change, andstrengthen the rigidity of cutting.

The machine tool adopts gantry frame,bed and column integrated cast iron, the distance between spindle center and Z-axis is small, which reduces the tilting moment of spindle box and improves the precision and stability of the machine tool.
The main key parts of the bad, crossbeam, sliding saddle,spindle box,etc.are all made of resin sand molding,high-strength and high-quality cast iron,which is good in stability.
It adopts the international advanced design concept of the machine tool and the structure is reasonable and reliable.
