1. Please fill the bottom completely with crushed stone. It should be firm and flat. The allowable soil bearing capacity should be a minimum of 8 tons/meter.
2. The minimum tensile strength of the foundation concrete is 18kg/cm, and the depth is at least 600mm, which can be reinforced according to geological conditions.
3. 19# steel bars should be laid at the bottom of the foundation concrete, and 150mm grids should be laid.
4. The horizontal error of the soil foundation should be controlled within 5mm.
5. The installation of the machinery should wait for 7-10 days after the foundation construction.
6. After the initial adjustment, the studs should be inserted into the holes and fixed with quick-drying non-shrinking cement.
7. According to local climatic conditions, after the cement is completely dry, the machine should be tightly aligned to the level.
